The staff ... a bunch of kids playing with expensive cars,driving like idiots,very rude when talking to clients, but again what do you expect when you put kids behind the counter. Very disappointed.
Shocking service, I were sent me away in a car not fit for use, i had to then contact AA as they close at weekends, I then had to drive it to luton to swap it over for another car, if this wasn't already enough stress they then billed me for the damages to the car 3 mths later, this repair bill was for a new petrol tank?? I contacted the office and she didn't or couldn't be bothered to help me, but what makes me question ever using them again is that they supplied me with the car with the fuel in the first place then tried to say that it was my fault , they demanded the costs in 14 days or they would start legal proceedings... lets see how far we get shall we.
Very helpful and friendly staff who dealt with any issues in a professional and timely manner.

I recently hired a car from Enterprise for business. I wanted to hire a Mercedes or similar but instead one had to settle for a standard compact vehicle instead. The vehicle itself was clean and well maintained. The staff at the St Albans branch I found were knowledgeable, professional and extremely polite especially Charlotte. My only slight criticism would be that they should have more choice of vehicles available for customers at this branch, after all it could only be good for their business!
