I have been using Alexander House for the last few years and always found them to provide an excellent service. I have also recommend the practice to 2 of my friends who have also been very pleased with their service.
Ive been going to this dental practice all my life!! my dentist is friendly and always has a smile on his face. There's nothing i can fault with the service i'm given. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Parking is limited however its only a very small 5 min walk from the nearest car park so never been an issue for me. Love the text reminder service to let me know my appointment is due overall very happy :)
They're nice people. Receptionist can sometimes be a bit frosty. My dentist is fine. Hygienist is brilliant. Parking here is a problem. A couple of free parking slots directly outside for tiny cars or provided you don't block the pavement - traffic wardens do check this. A few free adjacent parking slots on a 1 hr ticket on St Peters Street but is rare to get one.
I've been using this dental practice for over 23 years and always found it to be very good, friendly and reliable. Keep it up Mr Shah!
Lovely people, very courteous, very caring. Easy t to book, text reminders as well.Some of the best treatments I have had whether private or under the NHS. The only pain is the parking bit there is a massive car park minutes away. Might be a problem if you find stairs difficult as there isn't disabled access but for me it's well worth the struggle. Dr Shah and his team are brilliant
