I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. Having been a very nervous patient and registered elsewhere a few years back, I never feel nervous here as the staff are so consistently lovely. We always see Manny Nezami and the children and I always look forward to seeing him as he's such a nice, personable and understanding guy. Lizzie has been on reception as long as we've been going and it's no wonder, she never seems to have an 'off' day. I really can't fault the team at all which is unusual these days, well done guys and thank you!

Great dentist, friendly etc, but administration is absolutely 100% awful. Came back a day early from holiday to have some major work done, told the dentist is off sick only when I walked into the surgery. I cant believe this happened again. This happened last time as well, took the afternoon off work and told my dentist had left 3 months ago, no one cancelled his appointments. After the last visit where I did actually see a dentist, when I got home I was told I left without paying. I explained I paid and it was showing on my credit card app and I had the receipt, I was then told I didnt pay enough and had to pay an additional sum over the phone. Then when I went this time I was told I hadnt paid last time when I said I had and showed the receipt I was told ok Ill mark it as paid. They must have a manual PC system the act of paying should wipe out the charge, its shouldnt have to be done manually as it will keep getting missed. The dentists are great but level of service is the worst service I have ever experienced. If you want to uses this dentist, phone on the day to make sure your dentist isnt off sick or that he didnt leave months ago, check your charges, so often they get it wrong, especially if you have a scale and polish, some times I get charged private and sometimes its on the NHS. And always keep your receipts.

I have a real phobia about Dentists, they were very sympathetic. The Dentist I saw made me feel relaxed (even though I wouldn't let him do any work on my teeth).The only thing I will say is that they don't do the anaesthetic anymore. They need to update their web page. But apart from that they were good.
