Such a positive experience!Can't recommend Taijas Patel (fab dentist) and Flori (fab dental nurse) enough. They were amazing with my two children who had to have fillings today. Taijas was so calm, kind and smiley! Just brilliant with them, positive and respectful. In the past we have had dentists who have barely said anything to them and seemed to know nothing about dealing with children. Literally #bestdentistever!!!!
Friendly and proffessional. Treatment was very well performed and the staff seemed to genuinely care about my well being.
Unhelpful, unfriendly reception staff, always running very late, high turnover of dentists so you never know who you are going to see, bad experience with a filling - took three attempts to anaesthetise me and left me in a lot of pain for several weeks with a mouth full of ulcers where they had caught the skin with the tools. Avoid!
This has always been my dentist up until now as I'm moving to another practice. I always thought they were great and friendly until I recently had toothache and went to an emergency dentist. They informed me I have a deep over bite and, with clenching a lot, his has severely affected my lower teeth. I always thought I needed braces but it was never mentioned once by my dentist.
Very unprofessional with time management. I had booked an appointment for 12.30pm today and was informed upon arrical that the dentist is running 10-15 minutes late. I informed them that I am fine with that but have to be back at work for 1pm. At 12.45pm, I checked for progress. At 12.50, I was informed the dentist will be out shortly. At 12.52, the dentist was really pushing it so I had to cancel my appointment. Very frustrating especially when the receptionist told me that I should have 10-15 minutes leeway for the appointment. At no point was I advised of this when booking my appointment.
