The only place I will go in St Albans for flowers. Superb customer service, super easy to talk to with the best advice, and amazing creative skills. Always great value and gorgeous results every time.

Flower Box in St Albans always has top quality, beautiful and quite unusual flowers, the shop from the street is certainly eye catching and my wife loves the bouquets that are presented in a hat box, very innovative and the flowers last really well. We only use Flower Box florist and had a really nice arrangement made by Zoe for my Father in Laws grave. We would definitely recommend them and find the service to be really friendly.
My best friend and I came into the store a few months before her wedding and found the flowers to be really nice and reasonable, the wedding was an autumn and orange themed and they were certain they could make bouquet and button whole flowers for the grooms, HOWEVER... the day before the wedding we went to collect the flowers and the button holes flowers were bright yellow!! The groom stated to the florist that they were the wrong colour but was rudelying out down and told "the staff here never make mistakes" the customer service was so poor and when asked for a discount or refund the florist stated that we made the mistake not her. Very disappointed.
