Have very mixed feelings about this hospital. Over the last few years I have been to outpatient appointments and minor injuries a number of times both for myself and with others. Unfortunately the experience can vary from very good to disappointing. Worse experience was being dropped off at minor injuries in obvious distress to be told by the two receptionists that I needed to go to another hospital before they resumed surfing the web. No triage, no concern how I was going to get there, etc. The hospital needs stronger management, and the deadwood and those cruising to a final salary inflation linked pension being brought up to speed or being kicked out.
Great staff. Well looked after and very caring. Food was top notch too...
I have no car I walked an hour with a very painful back due to an injury, got there before the closing time, the receptionist said we cant take you due to the waiting number of patients, Im only there for a blood test. ZERO HUMANITY ZERO EMPATHY
The worse hospital ever. No respect for patients no care nothing and no one what can make your feel Good and like Human while you waiting. Nurses are rude and they don't know what they doing. They are rise Voice on each other and arguing with eachother on front od patients.
Had operation at Day Surgery Unit bit of a long wait the staff were very friendly and helpful took Great care of me
