Melanie was so so helpful when I was looking for a very specific gift for a friend, I rang the shop and she emailed me photos of the necklace I had described, she let me pay remotely and arranged for delivery of the piece I wanted to London. So accommodating, really went above and beyond! The necklace was great quality and very beautiful!
I would not buy silver from this shop, bought a ring and it crumbled in my hand when I removed it. When I went to return it to the shop they accused me of breaking it, they were so unhelpful and rude. I have never experienced worse customer service and been made to feel so unvalued as a customer
