Our front door lock suddenly broke and we were in panic mode. I asked neighbours for a recommendation and they said to come here. Wow, what a great service. He knew straightaway our lock and saved us money by explaining we only need to replace part of it. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. We have since been back to have keys cut which were expertly done. It is not often I am blown away by such customer service and feel I have to write a review but if you need a locksmith this is definitely the place to come. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Parking is easy and free (side road) too.
Great company!Recently had to call them out as our tennants had a problem with the lock on our front door. Nothing was too much trouble, they had fixed it by the following day and the price was also very reasonable.
