Very pleasant experience and a wonderful screening in comfort. Nice to be able to have a drink and a plate of cheese during the screening. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Fantastic Cinema! I live locally and have been here quite a few times since it reopened.Never had an issue, comfy seats, no heads getting in the way. Always a pleasant experience. Some people have to find something negative.
Whats not to like about this beautiful retro cinema. Wonderfully restored and with great seating options. The main downstairs area has a bar inside, tables at the front and conventional seating. Upstairs has more conventional rows plus sofas at the back.The film choice is varied and excellent (Id say eclectic), drinks are reasonably priced and the staff are friendly. As I said, whats not to like!
A great cinema experience in a lovely building? well worth the price of admission. Reasonable prices for food & snacks compared to the big chains. Very comfortable seating at tables downstairs. A bottle of wine & cheese board with your film, what's not to like?
Fabulous independent cinema, sister to the Rex in Berkhamsted. Staffed by young people with a passion for film. The cinema has a luxury lounge in the lower section offering food and drink. Combined with a very high quality sound system watching popular and classic films here is a true pleasure.
