Have now had four one-to-one Pilates sessions with Julie which I can highly recommend. I feel rejuvenated after each one and leave the Clinic with a spring in my step. Julie is an excellent instructor, very patient and great at explaining. What's more, she has a wonderful sense of humour. These sessions are a joy. Thank you, Julie.

As the leader of a run group based in the village, I have had several sports massages with Gordon and he comes highly recommended. My husband has also seen the physio there and would highly recommend. Post birth I went to a Pilates class which was really fabulous in a lovely atmosphere with the room at the back.
Ive just had a first ever sports massage/deep tissue massage after suffering with some aches and muscle stiffness after exercising. Gordon was very thorough, explained clearly how the treatment works and gave me loads of advice to look after my body when training. I felt a little tender to begin with but now all the aches and strains are gone. The team there are friendly and helpful and I received an excellent service all round.
