Appalling service. Podiatrist said hed prepare insoles but didnt, then kept me waiting offering a tatty leaflet to read instead of treatment. Is that service? I asked why Id been kept waiting for 25+ minutes in total and was attacked for challenging the service level. Poor show. Does one pay for being left alone in a treatment room?
