Staff here are generally extremely helpful. There isnt always staff on the smallest entrance but the staff on the other enterance respond to Intercom quite quickly... Coffee shop and WH Smith in the station... Can be a little procey but they have higher rates so i see the reason... Male toilets are small bit usually quite clean...
Despite the poor information, this is a Railway station and it is served by East Midlands Trains, NOT West Midlands trains. Please edit it because I am unable to.
Absolute joke.... Their train got cancelled that stopped at Radlett station so instead of being stucked in London i took the one that stopped at St Albans which was more inconvinient for me but i understand if there are issues. I was even willing to pay the surplus.... i was told i had an invalid ticket and i would be subject to a 20 penalty or go to court :)))) . You must be joking..... This came from a person who supposed to be there to resolve any issues in a professional manner... Well he was anything but... Thameslink train your staff if you are putting them on the front line.17:05 05/09/18.Luckily there was an another member of staff there in hi vis not in the black jumpersuggesting to just go back to Radlett.
Platform 4 soft drinks machin (cool point fridge) doesn't work spend 4 pounds didn't get enything, on this weather is disappointing. And the train like always delayed.
My visually impaired daughter was put on the wrong train today by staff who were supposed to assist her! Not happy!!
