We found the staff there very helpful and in addition to providing information on suitable destinations and hotels, they also made us aware of the Honeymoon Wishlist which allows your friends and family to contribute to your honeymoon. We left with a better idea of what was on offer and we were able to book a great honeymoon in Thailand through our local Trailfinders branch in Chester, with continued help from Catherine at St. Albans who found us a great deal on a boutique hotel in Koh Phangan and liaised with Chester to add it to our itinerary. Have used this branch before and all the staff were have spoken to are very knowledgeable and we'll trained. This time was no different the agent we spoke with was very helpful with planning our trip and made sure we understood what was covered - very enthusiastic and helpful.
Very friendly agents but ignored key requirement for our holiday and tried to sell us a hotel which was not up to our standard after giving examples of what we wanted.
