So grateful to village vets. They've always been wonderful to all my dogs and previously cats Last week I took my Rupert in . He was more poorly than I realised and ended up staying 3 nights He's still not completely better but I'm so relieved that he's almost back to his normal happy self Heather was so kind caring and patient with him . I would thoroughly recommend this practiseThank you for making Rupert better
Turned up today with a lost pup, not questions asked staff jumped in to help and have re-connected the fluff-ball with the owner. They also kindly called me to let me know how they got on with it. I take my dog to them too and they've always been great, supportive & non-judgemental. Animal focused, not money focused.
I've been coming here for many year now and each visit is respectful, amazing and dealt with in such a compassionate way. I cannot recommend this Vetenary practice/hospital enough. The staff are very caring in every aspect of the position they hold. It was a heat breaking time for me today and their loyalty and care to your own animals is second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.
Russell, Maud and Goran are all helping to get our very poorly kittens back to health. It is still ongoing but I am confident they are going to be fine with such a great team behind them. Definately the vet your pet would choose!
Village vets have been excellent during emergency night care, prolonged stay, routine care and even death of our beloved cats. Appointments are swiftly available and reception staff very warm and welcoming. It is sometimes difficult seeing a different vet each time but I have found no break or mismatch in the excellent care which means handover are done well. Even when abroad on holiday I was kept informed about the progress of care and any results. A lovely efficient clinic were our cats are well looked after.... Thank you
