Had an 8:30 appointment, dropped off the car 5 minutes early. They didn't touched my car until 9, and the work took an additional hour to complete (front brake replacement, which I could do myself under 30 minutes if I had my tools with me). When I dropped off the car, I made clear I'll wait for it, not once they offered to wait inside or to have a coffee or something. I was standing outside for an hour and a half in freezing temperatures. Not to mention the rip-off, I paid 108 for the job.
Took my car in for its MOT and found the staff to be helpful and honest. They did not try to sell me any other work and were prompt and efficient with carrying out the MOT. I would recommend to others looking for an honest and efficient MOT center.
Great service! Booked their 30 MOT offer online, allowed me to call up and change the date with no issues, I then dropped it off night before. It failed on window wipers, they gave me a quote however I decided to fit new ones myself. Brought it back next day for a free retest, all done within 10 minutes. Will definitely use again!
