Great people with top quality skills
I gave them specific instructions to FIX a fault, instead they looked for it, couldn't resolve it, but still charged me for "trying"... brilliant! Now I have the honour and privellge of paying for them to "try" - - whilst I still leave with the same fault I started with!(I shall have to go into work on Monday morning, achieve absolutely nothing, but then tell my boss that I tried... so that's makes it all OK... let's see how long that works for me...)Also nearly charged me 150 extra on tyres (as a mistake), however, luckily I spotted it and they then amended but without so much as an apology or even acknowledgement! I guess they were probably disappointed that I had spotted it, fair play, who'd want to give back 150 of free money. Totally scrupulous as you can tell by now.However, the very worst thing is that, overall, this is one of those garages where you go in with 2 problems and then leave with 1 resolved, 1 unresolved... and 5 new problems.Having visited there around a dozen times, I have now learned my lesson and will never, ever go there again.**Unfortunately, this review reflects badly on the whole garage, whereas some of the mechanics that work there are absolutely brilliant, really competent guys who I would love to deal with on a private basis... it's just a shame that the Management they serve is completely useless**MY RESPONSE:Er, yes, it is your useless garage that I am writing about.I realise that I've now turned 40 - but I'm not quite going senile yet.I genuinely wish you were this worried about providing a decent service when I was a customer at your garage, as you seem to be about trying to censor and bully me (via a phone call within less 1 working hour of my review being published online!) into changing my review. Highly recommended garage. First experience with ripped of rare mirror was great. Within an hour, everything fixed and the second one - very helpful. With unknown problem, they were very helpful, patient and gave good advice and suggestions. Will be definitely using their services further.
Really great service! I am openly clueless about my car, but they explained it all to me. Not intimidating, just seemed really genuine, they knew their stuff and had the time and care to explain it. And then fixed it right then without even having an appointment. Would definitely recommend them to a friend!
