So far I've had very good experiences in here. The staff are always helpful, polite and willing to help. Would recommend a visit here if you haven't been before.
Lovely place for shopping and very spacious car park. M&S is really big and you can get any sort of stuff. Saturday is the busiest day for shopping so try to avoid if you could .
Clean and well thought out store, easy to go for a days shopping, or just to pop in to get a few things. It has all the departments that M&S offers under one roof. Staff are always helpful when asked to help, with some even being proactive and asking if any assistance is needed.
How about this.. you pay 1400 for a sofa... you get a delivery date thats six weeks away... you get all the appropriate and expected emails and texts nearer the time with your delivery date.. you book the day off work to receive the sofa... you sell your sofa a week before delivery to make room for the new one... 7pm the night before delivery.. sorry, theres been a problem with your order.. youll need to wait another six weeks... theres nothing we can do.... Completely UNACCEPTABLE.
