I'm going to start this review off on a good note. My partner and I have been using this florist for a while and they make absolutely beautiful arrangements and they're delivery service is faultless. They also do unique, living arrangements like the one pictured, which drew us there in the first place and just look spectacular, I would say it's like a living piece of art. But unfortunately my three stars are based on an in store experience with one of the florists, who ironically didn't even make anything I purchased. We were passing Saturday morning and thought we'd pop in and have a look around. Straight away the ship wreck, cacti arrangement caught my partners eye and we talked how perfect it would look in our bathroom as we have that sort of theme. Anyway we left, and later that day I went back with my step-daughter to buy it as a surprise gift. Whilst I was there I thought I'd get a bunch of tulips as she loves tulips. I was served by a female florist and the two items came to 105 and I asked can we call it an even 100 as I'm paying cash, and she said coldly with no smile; no discounts are available. At first I thought she was joking, and I said it's only 5 is there anyway you could knock it off the total? And she replied it was made by another florist and that's the price, if you can't afford it, we can make a different arrangement. (I'm quite a shy person, I innocently asked for a small discount and she made me feel very small and insignificant.) I politely said no the total is fine, I like both arrangements. It's such a shame, this happened. I really love this business and love everything they do within the community and love that they sponsor The Vineyard church. I will continue to buy from them online, I just don't think I'll be going into their store anytime soon.Samantha if you get to read this, it would be great to get some advice on how to care for the cacti, ship wreck arrangement as no information came with it, thanks.
