Needed a new mattress and frame for my elderly mother and we didnt need to go any further than Bedknobs. Good selection and Malcom with his product knowledge was very helpful and understanding towards my mothers needs. Delivery and assembly went smoothly and the old mattress and frame taken away. All round good service, highly recommend.
Sirs,My Wife and I went to your Bedknobs St Albans Store today, with the initial intention of seeing what was on offer before scouting around various competitors prior to making a final purchase of a new mattress.We were more than delighted then; by the very welcoming and obviously knowledgeable Mr Malcolm Pearse; who went out of his way to explain the various benefits of each mattress.After trying out most of the beds on display, we liked the Latex Plush 1600 but finally purchased a 4' 6" Latex Supreme 2600 mattress. This mattress wasn't on display; but apparently Malcolm's son had one which he raved about so we took a chance based on the fact that it was slightly better quality.So, all in all, a good day, which with the free delivery and free removal of the old mattress will hopefully sort my bad back out.

Just today we bought replacement mattresses - James really knew his stuff and gave us good advice based on his wide experience and our personal needs. He made it a good experience - and we also benefited from the sale price.
The staff in the shop were very helpful and gave good advice about a range of mattresses that would meet the needs of myself and my partner. They gave us lots of time to try out the different mattresses and think about and discuss what we needed. The delivery was speedy and efficient, the price competitive and so far the Millbrook mattress we chose has been excellent. A very good experience. I thoroughly recommend the shop.
