We ordered a tv cabinet from Blacks and we are very happy with it. The unit was adjusted to the size we required and Ian Black was extremely helpful in visiting to check the size of the space to ensure we had the dimensions correct. The finished unit was ready much earlier than expected and was installed by Ian. The finished product is high quality and looks great. We would definitely recommend Blacks and will be using them again.
Went to Blacks to ask about a quote for two items of furniture. Was informed we would have the quote by the end of the week, but heard nothing. We phoned them after eight days and were given lots of excuses but no apology. They said they would get a quote to us the following day. Again nothing from them. They then left us a voicemail saying they had lost our email address and could we therefore email them, which we did. We then rang them to check they had received the email and they told us yes and that the quote would be over by the end of the day or at the latest, the following morning. Four days later and we haven't received any correspondence at all from them.We find Blacks customer service to be disappointingly, non existent. Not to mention unprofessional.Its such a shame that they have let themselves down like this as we were originally very keen to use them. We certainly will not be using them now and have had to find another local company to fulfill our order,who we are very happy with.
