One of my rings had a diamond cracked and broken so I came in to get it changed, it wasnt too busy and the staff were very quick and polite. The ring was looked at and my receipt was checked when all was good she changed my ring for me and made sure it fit. I was out within 5 minutes.
Rude staff, cheap product for the price demanded, do not know how they get away with it, would never recommend to anybody (avoid)
