Sadly not a good experience. We put sofa cushions in for dry cleaning and were promised them after 4-6 days. After 7 days we called and they said they would take 10 days. Then later on they called again and said actually it wasn't possible to clean them. So they had sat in the shop for 7 days, by which point the stain was ingrained and they are ruined. If they had called us to tell us rather than waiting for us to chase then we might stand a chance of saving them. As it is, we had to pay 200 for 2 new sofa cushions.
