I took in a rather unusal item (fire proof overalls) to have some patches sewn on to and had very specific instructions. They did a perfect job and it was extremely reasonably priced.
Terrible! Do not go here!! Rude staff, and daylight robbery. 33 pounds for a hem taken up and the side of a dress SLIGHTLY taken in. I was charged 18 for the hem as I had incorrectly cut the dress length. And told off abruptly for doing so. (I thought I was helping). Then when I returned to pick up my garments were all creased up and not even on a hangers! I have NEVER experienced such bad service. I was told very rudely that it was extra for ironing and putting it on hanger. Avoid this place at all costs.
Lovely staff, flexible with pay now/later, excellent job on suit.
Their laundry and dry cleaning is excellent and suits are especially immaculate when collected.
Don't take alterations here, poor quality job and unhelpful customer service
