Rubbish service and lazy staff like as never seen. Should be sended to work the ground to make them free from laziness
They make simple tasks so hard. Nobody there seem to be helpful tbh! Feels like they dont care but I know if I dont complete the paperwork on time, I will get fined!

I'm unfortunate to live in this city where the housing is run by an utter bunch of useless prats who don't know what there doing! They couldn't even run a piss up in a brewery let alone a "used to be lovely" city of st Albans. I've waited in 8 times! YES 8 days I've wasted! for there contractors to change a toilet and it's still not done. When you phone there's people who laugh down the phone due to me having to take my son out our home to use a toilet. They should be ashamed of themselves. They don't even deserve 1 star. Jade Holmes
