Excellent food as always.
Do not try it's awful. Honestly this was the worst Chinese I've ever had.The chicken in our sweet and sour chicken balls was pure mush and I found a large bit of gristle in one of them, just gross. The chips were so thin not like chunky Chinese chips at all. Our spring rolls were rock hard and chow mein bland. Plus on top of that it gave me a bad tummy ache. Will never use again
Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a shredded chilli chicken and I received a chili shredded beef, I called the lady up and explained that I do not eat red meat she told me this is my fault and i asked for it. Why would I ask when I know I can not have red meat. I did not receive a apology, nor did they offer to replace my order. I will not be ordering from this poorly ran establishment again.
Worst takeaway experience ever. It took so long, without any update from the restaurant, that at the TWO-HOUR mark we decided to cancel the order. Couldn't get through to the restaurant though - their line was constantly busy - so had to go through JustEat to cancel it. Obviously can't review the Chinese element of the Chinese Express as we never got to taste the food but the Express bit of the name is an absolute joke. AVOID.
It's been good for ages but has gone down hill. 3 meat delicious has a weird smell, sweet sour balls has odd batter, it's just not as good as it used to be.
