As parks go, this is a great example. Well maintained and much loved by the locals. A fabulous resource for the people of the area. Great for children
Fabulous park for all with the great addition of Italian restaurant selling fab ice cream. Ice cream and a swing! What more can you want !!!!
This is a nice park close to the train station in St Albans. There is a cricket ground, as well as a football ground, and good views of the railway. The playground is nice, with plenty of play structures and a sand area. It is also possible to find quiet areas of the park for a more peaceful visit.
Great park with little restaurant, big open space, playground with I believe the only one sandbox in town. There is also a basketball basket, and you can find some painted stones hidden everywhere by kids, but remember to hide them again in different place when you find one and you can post a photo of it on st Albans rocks Facebook page. Also lots of flowers during spring and some in a summer. But remember to leave before dusk as they closing a park and you can be lock in, happens to me and kids couple of times in a summer, but you can go out under a gate near that house that is in a park.
