Having spent years buying all my pet needs from the fairly expensive shop I was sold rotten food for my cats. When I complained I was told to contact the maker of the food if I wanted an exchange for unspoiled. One very unhappy former customer.
A lovely pet centre with a huge selection of goods, treats, accessories, cloths for your beloved pets. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They seem to always be happy to help. Plenty of parking right outside the door. Sadly not many disabled bays. Would definetly recommend a visit though.
I always enjoy visiting 'Partners', the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone enjoys animals and that comes across in the way they help and provide advice. They stock a wide variety of products and make it clear so you know what is good for your pet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a pet and probably for those thinking of getting a pet (whilst you cannot buy an animal from the store, I'm sure you may be able to get helpful advice).
Excellent pet supermarket focusing on dogs and cats with a wide range of products for both. The best place to buy raw BARF frozen meat as they carry several premium brands and they stock healthier dried meat based treats too. However, since the refurbishment earlier this year they no longer stock many products for small animals like ferrets, rabbits and rats which is a shame - hence the 4 stars!
We come here with our Newfoundland puppy and he loves it. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful, plus they make a fuss of Bear too! Theres a great variety of food/toys/accessories etc so you can easily get everything you need in one trip. This is Bears favourite shop
