Absolutely infuriating service!! Second time I have used since they moved from Hatfield, but this is by far, the worst service so far!I arrived to pick up my repeat order that I placed online over 48hours ago, bearing in mind I have had to get dropped off to pick up this order due to the fact you can longer park near the doctors or surgery unless you park in the ridiculous multi-storey car park which isn't suitable for all vehicles. I was advised the order wasn't back from the surgery and no attempt had been made to collect the order, I was then stupidly asked if I was running out of inhalers.... WHY ELSE WOULD I PLACE AN ORDER!?If you are considering using this pharmacy, only useful if you live in the attached flats. but personally, I am not going to recommend, this has gone right down in service since moving, staff are also not like they used to be, extremely disappointing considering my family have all used both doctors and pharmacy for over 30years!
I attended iMed for a prearranged cholesterol check. The test facility is well set up in a separate room. The process is speedy and included blood pressure and body mass index. Results were immediate and compared well with laboratory test from 12 months earlier. Advice on action following the results was given in a friendly, holistic manner and a follow up test recommended in 6 months. The process was quick simple and reassuring. This service is of great benefit to the locality.
