I always try to support the local stores but find myself avoiding this one as some of the staff are rude, arrogant, patronising and miserable not only to the customers but also towards their colleagues. They give the image that they don't enjoy their job they don't like the customers and they don't like their colleagues, they make you feel uncomfortable in their presence. Customers roll in and out without even a good morning or goodbye from these ladies. One of them always looks a little grubby which is not the look expected in a pharmacy. Many of my friends and neighbours have stopped using the pharmacy and use the ones in town instead.That said there are also some very helpful and friendly ladies there (I think from Eastern Europe) so if I do have to go I try to only deal with them. Maybe Derrick should ask the Eastern Euro ladies to do some customer service training for the rude, arrogant, patronising, miserable Brits he has working for him before they drive away all of his customers
Staff are all very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Dereck is always polite and accommodating. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Thumbs up from me.
