Rude and unprofessional - swearing at customers - no paying customer should put up with such service - go elsewhere - places with such service need to be shut down.
Is there any way to get in touch with management at this place? Have similarly had really rude service from one of the shop counter guys. Still quite shocked at the way I was spoken to. I asked for the manager and was told he would come in 'maybe Friday, maybe Saturday.' Any suggestions anyone?
It was advertised online that the newsagent and post office closes at 9PM. Having seen this online I went there to send a parcel off and was spoken to so rudely by a man with no manners, chewing loudly and said they were closed telling me to leave (this was at 8:35PM). A service should not be advertised online with incorrect information and this particular worker needs to fix his attitude and manners, customer service skills are so poor.
Male clerk was rude and belittling, he proceeded to be quite aggressive as I was querying about a service, I decided just to leave rather than continue to try and have a conversation with him for alternatives. I was so appalled by the way I was treated, that I set up a google account just to leave this review. I hope the post office decides to recruit some new staff with better interpersonal skills. I will not being here again.
awful service - rude. I was in the post office to send a letter special delivery. I arrived at 4.56. I waited, patiently at the counter, and the gentleman (?) behind the counter was busying himself looking for something. when eventually he acknowledged me, not with any courtesy, I explained what I wanted - he gleefully said it was after 5.00 (5.02 to be precise) and that special delivery stopped at 5.00. a rude ignorant human. I will now enjoy the walk, even in the snow, rain, blizzard, or extreme heat, to the quadrant in future, knowing he will not earn 1p from me.
