Really helpful staff
Went this morning to post a pre-paid package for eBay and was met with the rudest most unhelpful woman who refused to stamp my eBay proof of postage and actually held to ransom my receipt for special delivery informing me she would only provide me with one or the other! Wow! What awful customer service and childish display of her laziness and perceived position. I explained to her that the last time I posted a package in this manner a helpful colleague stamped and gave me my receipt. Hilarious...horrible energy in that place; always a frustrating visit for myself and from I observe most other customers around me at this post office are also equally frustrated every time I visit! Bring on the AI bots to fully replace whats left of your inefficient unhelpful staff.
We got really nice and quick service here. There are also available to get certified copies of your documents like: diplomas, id cards, passports... etc. There are also some self service points, so you can help yourself. The staff was kind and quick and the building was clean inside.There is disabled/buggy friendly entrance.I liked this place.
This post office branch is super busy, most of times you would queue up at least 15-20 minutes. Big benefit of this branch is its staff - especially Lindi - absolutely lovely lady, always very helpful and smiling with positive attitude even when under pressure.
always ALWAYS ridiculous queues... its not their fault, its just a super busy office, try going elsewhere if you can
