If you are thinking of selling I would like to recommend Louise Saunders and especially Oliver (I don't think I will ever meet a negotiator like him). Before we put our house on the market we had 7 agents around and I was 100% sure we will go for someone else however for some reason we decided to go for LS and I am glad we did. They were amazing when they were drafting the sale particulars, they always accommodated our schedule (like replying to our requests at 9pm!!). The selling process was great with LS. The whole team including Louise was incredibly helpful and very professional and we will definitely use them again in the future.
