Took car in through insurance e to get rear bumper sprayed (after an amateur police woman drove into my stationary car)Brian robson sprayed the car, but have returned the car faulty. Now the passenger side window wont go down, nor will the roof, due to something theyve done, but wont admit to. Now Im left with an extortionate bill from Mercedes to fix a fault that wasnt there before it went into the monkeys. Utterly at a loss here thanks to this shocking level of service.
Digusting they took my car to do a job.with half a tank of petrol. ..brought it back with nothing .not even enough to get to petrol station .phoned them they listened but nothing was done .....!dont use this garage there cowboys.
Did a superb job (insurance work) on the car which involved front wings and bumper & colour match of a black with a red metal flake in it. Great professional and polite service. I would certainly recommend them
Would highly recommend Brian Robson Coachworks, they repaired my car and they did extensive bodywork repairs to my Mums car. They are reliable , friendly and did a very good job on both Cars, would definitely used them again .
I cannot rate the staff highly enough. Everyone, from Wing who initially assessed the work to be done, through to the receptionists, the mechanics and sprayers were fantastic. So friendly, kept me informed at all stages and most importantly the work itself was of excellent standard - and approved by many car manufacturers. I 100% recommend this company. Although I hope I dont have a need to use their services again () In the future, I would have no hesitation going back to this team if I am ever in that situation again.
