Appalling local service. Rang every five minutes from 8am. Finally answered the phone at 8:30am to say that all the appointments had gone for that day! Shocking service - and not for the first time. Best ringing The Lodge directly.

You'll wait weeks for an appointment, and then you may be booked into the surgery across town after you've specified this surgery. Over-prescribed and still taking on patients!
