I have been with Midway Surgery for over 40yrs and I have had nothing but excellent service from the practice. My only little niggle is if I want to see my own doctor it takes 2 to 3 weeks but I would think this is the same at other practices. I have to give praise to Dr Ladd who has been treating me recently. Very thorough, very professional and a very pleasant man.
Nightmare getting through in the morning for a same day appointment. Previous record was 63 redials, today I've hit well over 100. The actual GPs are great though.
So far so good. Nurses are kind, and compassionate with my 2 toddlers. Have always found the reception staff to be friendly and considerate.
