Professionnal and helpful staff. Old style hotel which has been refurbished, and well maintained though. Spacious room and bathroom. Minimum toiletries are provided (Shower gel, Conditionner, Body Lotion, Shower cap). Iron board in the room, kettle, and a powerful hair dryer.
An extremely good hotel to stay at if staying in St Albans. It's central to everything and the staff are extremely helpful. Room was very clean and the buffet breakfast was delicious.
Lovely building and nice room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Iron, The facilities and room service. Also 24hr bar area. We had breakfast in the morning which was a buffet with hot and continental choice. All very good quality. Staff friendly.
