Good location and very easy to find. Good parking area. Attended a function here which was held in the gazebo. Very nice and warm, only drawback was had to go inside the main building for the bathroom facilities.
Stayed for one night. Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. We had to change rooms, had another problem with our second room. When i told the staff they were very helpful and manager (Kamila) gave us free breakfast, which was really good with wide selection. Bad points - men's showers/tiles in gym area were dirty. Beds a bit on the hard side and place could benefit from a revamp. Other than that it was good for a single night. Would stay again.
The hotel is well presented from the outside and in the communal spaces although the decor in the bedrooms is a bit outdated, and the carpets and some features are desperately in need of replacing or at least a good clean. The hotel appears to have good facilities although we were not able to use them as there was a wedding booked the same night we stayed, which we were not made aware of before arriving, or even upon arriving - we found this out as we went around trying to use these facilities. This was really disappointing as we were looking forward to a romantic evening in the restaurant (which was closed) then the spa facilities (which were also closed).The staff were very friendly and most of them very professional, particularly those in the hotel bar really went out of their way to make sure we had nice evening. However, the staff on reception should really have let us know about the wedding and disruption upon arrival, and advised us accordingly. (Letting us know upon booking or before arrival and offering us an alternative would have been better). As we left, the receptionist was friendly but didn't ask us about our stay or anything like that which should really be standard practice. At another time, this would have been a nice place to stay - but due to the disruption we had quite a disappointing time. Location is convenient for local attractions but not exactly picturesque or attractive.
Partner's company Xmas party was hosted at the Noke and we stayed overnight. Cannot fault the hospitality and facilities at this venue. The party dinner and drinks were great and we were very well looked after by the attentive and professional staff. Room was spotless and cosy and I slept really well. Would certainly recommend.
Came here for a wedding. Very nice hotel, very helpful staff. The venue for the wedding was a decent size. We had about 40 people and everyone could get a good view. Bar area was spacious with a good selection of drinks. We didn't stay so unsure on the rooms. Parking was a little challenging at first as part of the car park is used by a car cleaning company, so it is quite busy. There is overflow spaces round the back though. Would happily go back.
