Went here for lunch and really enjoyed it. A very good selection of hot meals and deserts from a very extensive buffet and wines and coffee etc always available from an efficient waiting staff. As you would expect from Sopwell House, a touch of luxury from a stunning hotel with its own golf course and extensive facilities. Highly recommended.
It's an interesting place. I can't tell is nice I can't tell is bad. I think confusing is the right word. It had nice places to sit bit then it misses the character of the area. Still can't decide it if I like it or not. If you don't like to much going on but without connection then probably avoid. If you like different styles mixed up together then is a good place for you.
It's good value for your money. It's clean, excellent staff service. The SPA room is clean, jaucuzzi wonderful, view excellent. We came at the beginning of January. Compare to some pass experience. We could definitely come here again and recommend it.
Spa day was excellent even though there were renovations being completed which we were only informed of the day before our booking. Bit of building noise at end of lunch but apart from that didn't really notice aside from treatments being completed in bedrooms. Did the couple's day package and both treatments were amazing. The spa itself was very busy with groups so it was difficult to get 2 seats together and impossible to get a lounger which was the only downside.
Great super place.. want to relax after a busy day... beautiful spa for all... absolutely great service, treatments.. awesome.. highly recommended
