Nice stay!
Stayed at Innkeepers Lodge London Colney on the night of our wedding 12th October 2018 Room 1Firstly, fast friendly check in and smiles from staff, drinks were served promptly and the staff very professional.Breakfast next morning was lovely, they even did me hard boiled eggs, as that is how I like them can't fault the food at all... But... The room was clean and comfortable and had all your basic needs, except on closer inspection the build up of dust on the ledges, eg, back of the desk, TV, pictures, headboard ect was unexceptable, it wasn't a days worth either. (I HAVE PICTURES) The shower drain was blocked slightly, smelled musty, the bathroom light fitting broken and a yellow build up of LIMESCALE surrounded the hand basin plug hole.If it weren't for this, I would have given 5 stars.
Fitty at the bar, checked us in and took our bags to the room as we were early and wouldn't be back until midnight. Accommodating and a dish to look at! #ishesingle
Poor standard of food , our food was just warm and very small portions . Poor qaulity meat products despite the staff being friendly and welcoming . Typical Vintage Inn i can say this because we have the same issue in York Doormouse Inn lovely place rubbish food .
Love this pub, friendly staff and lovely interior. The menu is varied and priced to suit most budgets. They do a great Sunday roast dinner as well.
