We love this hotel - if you are going to London or Harry potter world then this is the place to stay. The food is good, the service is attentive and the room is very clean. We have stayed more than once and we will always use the hotel when we are visiting London. Harry Potter world is about 10 minutes away and the room cost us 35 plus breakfast. We did the meal plan this time and paid 75 for the room, dinner and breakfast for four people, excellent! I would definitely recommend.
Nice quiet hotel pity about having to lug bags up stairs. Lovely Beefeater along side of hotel, good food and a nice atmosphere
Stayed for 2 nights this week with my elderly mother whilst attending a family funeral . Have stayed here several times before but rooms now refurbished and modernised with large wall-mounted TVs and updated bathrooms. 4G Phone signal good too. Usual Premier Inn (high) standard and very pretty setting (despite being on top of the M25!). Very friendly staff.
Hotel is excellent with very helpful staff. Good disabled access. However breakfast is upstairs in the nearby Beefeater restaurant which has no lift. No porridge was available.
Lovely place, can get very busy but thats because of the location! If you are one of those that moans that service is slow, McDonalds is down the road. Lovely atmosphere in the garden as well as the restaurant. If your in the area and want some decent pub food (which it is,not fine dining) go here, you wont be disappointed. Nice touch that there is a pond with ducks and fish you can feed. Plenty to keep the kids happy, big play area and a field to run around in.
