The management is bad
They adjusted my brakes wrong furthermore I waited 3 weeks just for my back tyre.
local cycle surveys is Hemel, rude staff isn't the word, came in to because my son's pedal broke off of a 400 pound bike!!When I said it hadn't been put on correctly all I got was defensive remarks instead of a flaming apology!Manager is just dreadful, spent 1k on two bikes and that's how you get treated.
Service of staff is appalling, don't rely on stock check as the website is incorrect. Opening times are not correct either. Having spent a lot of money and time traveling to and from this branch I will not be using them again!
How can you have a bike shop that doesn't have anyone in it on certain days. Terrible loss of a complete bike and accessories sale from me.
