I've had some challenges with my gears on my MTB, which weren't spotted by these guys on a recent service, but credit where it is due, they invested the time and effort to review it properly when I returned and despite the parts not being cheap, they repaired it same day at no extra service charge. I'll happily go back, because I think the important thing with these independent shops is creating a good rapport and having some patience, the benefit pays back on both sides over time.
