Absolutely disgusting service from the receptionists claiming 'you sounded okay on the phone' when asking for an urgent appointment for mental health. This is why mental health is still a stigma, you should be ashamed. This was only one occasion. Claiming we can't get an appointment as we missed one even though we turned up and it HADNT BEEN BOOKED. waited another month for an appointment. Moving doctors immediately.

GYNAE CLINIC: I had arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. The waiting room was empty when I had arrived. Usually I would expect to wait no longer than 20 minutes, maybe even half an hour for an appointment that has been scheduled. It was also my very first time going to a gynae clinic so I was quite worried about it due to the nature of my appointment. The clinic left me waiting in the waiting room for OVER 1 HOUR. In that time other women came and went. Everytime I went to the receptionist she would tell me it won't be long. In fact at one point she even told me what the patient before me, the patient who had spent over an hour with my gynaecologist, was in for, revealing private and confidential information. I had to leave as i had an exam at university and even then the reception still told me to wait as it would be 'soon', clearly not understanding that I had been waiting over an hour. And I very well know that had I even turned up 20mins late for my scheduled appointment I would've been told to book another appointment, yet they left me waiting over an hour.
