I have been registered with this surgery ever since i was a baby and all doctors have been fantastic with my whole family and are thankful to them .

Absolutely horrific surgery - attend only if desperate! I wish I had listened to the horror stories. Receptionists are rude and inefficient, they give inconsistent advice and vocalise results over the telephone when they shouldn't. The doctors give guidance from google and I have been mis-diagnosed. If you care about your health - do not go to this surgery!
Been with Hatfield Road Surgery for over 35 years and I am truly disappointed in this surgery since moving, not only is the parking atrocious, but the new nurses are extremely rude and condescending as my daughter had discovered when she visited recently, only one doctor left from the original Hatfield Road surgery team, I also placed a repeat prescription order over the required 48hr period and the adjacent chemist STILL haven't processed this and I am without my asthma medication as a result and I am a severe asthmatic, not only unable to collect my medication in a timely manner, but also unable to freely get into the surgery to have my asthma check ups as I don't live in St Albans anymore! All in all, I am now going to have to change my doctors after all these years due to the overall inconvenience and lack of customer service. Extremely disappointing!!
