I was here to look for an automatic Jazz for my elderly parents. We were extremely well looked after by salesman Perry Clive who wasn't pushy the least and was hugely accommodating of my parents' needs helping them out with paperwork and so on. Good dealership with friendly staff all round. Highly recommended and the car itself is very good, mum and dad are delighted with it.

I have been having my Honda serviced at Brayleys for several years now and have always been very happy them. They are all very welcoming and friendly and quick too! Sure you pay a bit more going to the dealer but I think its worth it to get my service book stamped and its true you get what you pay for. Today, I popped in to see if they could help me with my key fob as it had been working on and off and I wondered if it could be the battery. Of course it was working like a champ when I got there as the lovely gentleman tested it from every angle and distance imaginable. He then told me he would give me a battery free of charge just in case and detailed instructions on how to change it as well as advising me to swap out my keys every couple months to wear them equally. Well, I heeded his advice and lo and behold when I tested my spare the battery was dead! His instructions were perfect as I think Id have struggled without them and I now have a perfectly working key fob for free no less!! (Lets face it how often does that happen where cars are concerned!) I wish I asked this gentlemans name as Id most definitely be giving him a shout out! Whoever you are...Thank you! I will most definitely be returning for all my Honda needs!
