Bought a lovely corsa here 5 months ago , gave me a fair price on my trade in as well . Had my first service a few days ago very happy as they had my car ready at the agreed time and its ticking over nicely. Couldnt give the 5 stars as I felt the sales men I spoke to at the time of purchase were quite clinical in their approach, possibly need to smile and engage with the customer a bit more, overall very happy with the service.
Worst service I have ever had. Booked a test drive for 3pm, parking was appalling and we were completely ignored for 35 minutes. Finally got sat down at a desk only to be asked the same questions as when we came in to book the test drive the previous week. We were passed from salesman to salesman and none of them listened. He then went to get the car and after about 15 minutes of sitting there unattended, we left. Also, one salesman offered us a 'brilliant cash deal' and promptly after that, another salesman told us that was just the regular price and they don't do cash deals.
This is a tough time for car sales so I don't want to be too critical. They have a good selection of cars and the ladies at the repairs and service desks are very helpful. However, be aware that as well as selling you a car they will try and sell a lot of other add ons. 3 year extra warranty, an extra coat of paint etc. Be aware the buyer has the right to say NO THANK YOU . With this firmly in mind go visit and check out some of the great looking cars they have on the lot. For after sales support they deserve an extra star, so I've added one 2 months after the purchase.
Had really good service at my visit today. Was seen by Tom and he explained everything perfectly to me. He sorted out my test drive for me and has kept me up to date the week before my meeting and also after. Can't fault this service!!
Shocking experience!! Do not purchase a car from here!! Told us the wrong price, salesman very unprofessional. Made us feel like criminals for his mistake. Car was damaged so they agreed to take it in to get repaired. Had to drop it off Sunday afternoon, chased Weds and was told its not booked in!!! Difficult to get through on the phone. Still waiting for an update at 1pm on the Weds. No car and no update. Total joke!! Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!!!
