Highly professional and extremely friendly. Even though I'm no mechanic, I feel like I always know what's going on. They take the time to explain things to me, never rush me into making my decisions and they accommodated me with tea, coffee, and a desk for a whole day while my car was being serviced. 10/10 recommended if you own a SEAT or Hyundai and live reasonably close (don't bother with the SEAT dealer in Watford for example, just saying ...)
