Awful service, disorganised, messy desk messy work ethic by the service department. Failed to call back several times on my initial booking, same again now, called them twice, spoke to a call centre operator and had no return call, chased myself, got through to Ross on the service team and about a week later Im still waiting my call back from him. His failure to do this has now caused me an issue with another Renault Dealer.. Never Again. Avoid it! Avoid the service department.
Well what can I say after a horrible start with another Renault dealer first asking if I was married. Erm am there to buy a car not my personal circumstances ..! We decided to try here at St Albans. And Wow So different was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Then Dennis took over as previous guy was doing something. And the service, advice and knowledge in buying my new Kadjar was fantastic Would definitely recommend these people and keeping me informed about everything. Dennis sorted out the lot all I had to do was pick my car up the following week. Any questions I had Dennis has been able to answer ... So Peterborough you should take a leaf from St Albans on customer care. As you lost a huge cash sale here.! Thankyou Dennis for all you help and support. Your a star.. Oh and the 7 days free insurance you get with Renault is brilliant..
Booked my car in for an alarm central locking issue. Happy with the work carried and the staff I met face to face. However,trying to get through on the phone was a real pain. If they could improve that aspect then possibly a 5 star
Terrible experience. Went Into branch to enquire about selling my car to the dealership. I was told the manager was not avaliable and I would get a call back that day, this was last week, since then I have been into the branch one more time and called a further two times only to be told I would get a call back that day.I have since gone to another local Renault dealer who managed to deal with me in a professional manner all in the same day.I won't be going back to the Glyn Hopkins St Albans branch again.
Very happy with the service we received. Niz and Ben couldn't have been more helpful and enthusiastic. The other staff too were very helpful and made us feel welcome.
