Had my keyless fob stolen. Had to get new fob and my spare fob reprogrammed quickly. Thanks to Sean the keyless fob was sorted in 2 days.
Just had my ford focus serviced here , very happy with the service , car ticking over like a Swiss clock . Ready on time and looking in great condition on its return, well done .
Initially good friendly sales department but subsequently dreadful service. I was sold a care that needs a recall due to a fault. The way im spoken to you would think i caused the issue.Totally inflexible and communication is dreadful.They also caused warning lights to come on every time I start the car after first service.There are many Ford dealerships. I wish I had gone to another one.
Had the car serviced, beginning of the year. Asked them to find a noise that was worrying to me. They said it was fine. Though nothing of it. St Albans Car Clinic have recently rectified the problem, highly recommend. Don't use Ford Gate's of St Albans. Rubbish

He tried his best to help us, listened to what we needed, had lots of patience and gave us a lot of info about the choices I was about to make.
