Membership sales team awful absolutely no efforts , provided some feedback directly and could not even be bothered with a courtesy reply. I stick to my Pure Gym, better prices and way better efforts to please . I guess this is the problem with well established names, they rest on its laurels.
Good place for workout, however sauna is often not working.
Bit too expensive even after student discount. But well it's in st Albans where apparently everything is expensive. However, much better offers than fitness first.
Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. Staff always on hand to help with anything and nothing is ever too much trouble, tried a few gyms in the area and this is by far my favourite. Absolutely love it!
Been a member here for over 6 months now. Staff have always been very friendly and welcoming. Class booking system has just changed to online which makes it a lot easier - no need to phone in and book anymore. Lots of different classes on throughout the week.Very good gym overall!
